I've long hoarded a stash of felt in rainbow colours - it seems to come in handy for all my craft projects, but lately it seems a felt frenzy is hotting up. I've just found these amazing felt gadget cases from Daneille London on Etsy. Felt is perfect for making up fruity motifs (Mollie Makes issue 2 has a great tutorial on how to make felt strawberries, as well as free felt flower corsage kit). But my favourite felt DIY discovery of the week has to be these handmade, embroidered kindle/nook cases. Here's a few of my favourites...

Lemon Slice Kindle/Nook case made from eco-friendly felt.

Slightly bonkers egg on toast kindle/nook case...

Chocolate Toaster pastry case (made from felt of course!) - for iphone/Droid/Blackberry. Oh how we like to see a nice sprinkling of bugle beads...

OK so this isn't technically a kindle case, but I'm a self-confessed Christmasaholic, and while browsing Danielle's other felt creations, I came across this Set of 10 felt Christmas lights. So I know it's June, and a bit odd to be blogging about Christmas lights, but I'm not even sorry.
