We've just stumbled upon a brilliant idea for jazzing up birthday cakes with personalised candles! This DIY birthday candles project was featured in Martha Stewart Living earlier this year. Pretty nifty eh? Simply punch shapes from beeswax sheets using cookie cutters or punches, then sandwich together with a wick in the middle! Find out more over on The Crafts Dept. Whip up a batch to spell out greetings or show any shape you like, then light, close your eyes and make a wish!
